Yes. Only customers who actually hired a pro through LinkLocal can review them, so ratings reflect real completed jobs rather than anonymous feedback.

Yes. You can block any pro from your chat, and they will no longer be able to message you or see your job. You can also report the conversation if something feels wrong.

Pros quote against your job description, so you compare real prices rather than estimates. The quote is between you and the pro — LinkLocal does not set or take a cut of it.

Yes. Enter the job address when you post — useful for rental properties or arranging work for a family member. Just make sure someone can provide access.

Your profile and personal details are removed from public view immediately, and deleted from our systems after a short retention period kept only for legal and fraud-prevention reasons.

Not without your agreement. If a job turns out to need extra work, the pro should explain why and get your approval first. Keep changes in writing so both sides have a record.
